Alex Nankivell is a Māori All Black and former Chiefs and Tasman rugby player, currently playing for Munster in Ireland. He is also a proud ambassador for Cure Kids. Alex has accepted the challenge to Go Red for Red Nose Day and will allow the Munster boys to shave his hair if he reaches his fundraising target.

Alex joined Cure Kids as an ambassador a few years ago for a deeply personal reason: his older brother William passed away from neuroblastoma in early 1996, and he wants to prevent other families and children from experiencing the hardships and heartbreak associated with illness and poor health.
